Measuring Guide

๐Ÿ“ Measuring Guide โ€“ How to Find Your Perfect Fit

We want you to look and feel amazing in every outfit you choose โ€” and that starts with choosing the right size. Our garments are sized using standard Australian measurements, so to find your ideal fit, please follow this measuring guide before selecting your size.

๐Ÿงต How to Take Your Measurements

Take all measurements while standing naturally and wearing light clothing. Use a soft measuring tape and keep it snug but not tight.

๐Ÿ”น Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust/chest.
Make sure the tape is level all around your body.

๐Ÿ”น Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist โ€” usually about 5 cm (2 inches) above your belly button.
If youโ€™ll be wearing shaping or special undergarments with the outfit, measure over them for accuracy.

๐Ÿ”น Hips

Measure around the widest part of your hips, typically where your hip bones are most pronounced.

๐Ÿ“ Dress Length & Height Considerations

Our gowns and dresses are designed to fit individuals with a height of approximately 170 cm โ€“ 178 cm (about 5โ€™6โ€ณ โ€“ 5โ€™10โ€ณ).
If you are shorter or taller than this range, alterations such as shortening straps or hemming may be needed to achieve your perfect fit.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Wearing heels similar to what you plan to wear with the outfit while measuring can help determine ideal dress length.

๐Ÿง  Why Accurate Measurements Matter

Every style and fabric can fit differently โ€” so relying on your actual body measurements rather than just letters like S/M/L helps you choose the best size and reduces the chance of needing an exchange.

๐Ÿ“Œ Final Notes

  • Our size chart should be used as a guide only โ€” slight variations in fit can occur by design or fabric.
  • If your measurements fall between sizes, choose the next larger size if you prefer a more comfortable fit.
  • When in doubt, get measured by a friend or professional tailor for the most accurate results.
