Order Processing
Orders placed before 12pm AEDT Monday to Friday will be shipped same day
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation
Orders are placed outside of these hours, weekends or public holidays will be shipped next business day
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
International shipping
International orders are shipped via Australian post’s International standard service and, upon arrival in the destination country, will be delivered by the local postal authority.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on Delivery location,Order weight and Shipping method selected.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please allow up to 10 working days.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES:
Any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Arch Melbourne Clothing is not responsible for these charges and is unable to advise on their amount. Customer are responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes associated with their order. Please make sure you contact your local customs office to find out more if you have any concerns.

- For International: Business days

Australia Standard Delivery: AU $9.99
- Australia Express Delivery: AU $14.99
Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:
- Please check your tracking link first
- Then contact our support team with your order number
We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the case and arrange a suitable solution.
